My grandkids had a blast!

Nice little beach with a great play area right on Lake Huron. My grandkids had a blast playing in the water and looking for fossils. I was lucky enough to find a nice Petoskey Stone :) The beach was neat and clean with room for chairs and towels without being crowded. There is several restaurants nearby if you want to do a picnic. We stopped at the Dairy Queen less than a block away.

    Quiet Beach with Great View
    Stopped here to relax for a few hours while staying in the area. Found that the South end of beach away from the playground equipment was almost empty. Had a wonderful afternoon reading and enjoying the sun and view. A little rocky, but not too bad and comfortable once you get a few feet into the water.

    A peaceful place
    This is a very peaceful location where you can get exercise while walking, and you can relax at the same time due to the wonderful surroundings. The Great Lakes do not have the magnificent waves that the oceans have; instead there are small waves which are more quiet. Sometimes you can see ships or boats in the distance, so every day one can encounter something new and different.
