Lovely shopping Mall, but devoid of shoppers
Huge, but dying, shopping mall. The Somerset Collection Mall is split in two with high end stores on one side, then across the bridge the stores for the rest of us. The Mall was not busy and the shop prices were generally high. Visited the food court for lunch, but the standard of the food was low (most of it got binned).

Best mall in Detroit area
This is by far the best mall in the Detroit Metro area. If you want it, you can find it here. It can get very busy on the weekends so plan to get there early or you’ll need to either valet it or fight for parking spot. Make sure you check out both sides. The south side you’ll find more luxury designer stores. Either way, this mall is def worth the trip!

Extremely Shocked.
As I tend to frequent tailors, ateliers and boutiques for my clothing, this was a pleasant surprise. I have never been a "mall" person but this place was by far different than any mall I have seen. I really enjoyed myself and actually ended up "SHOPPING" way more than I expected. Typically, my mind is made up to leave the wallet in the car when I see the word "MALL". Not the case here. Very fond memories of this place. I will definitely return when in the Detroit area.
