WE WANT FAIRNESS WITH THE SLOT MACHINES. THEY ARE TOO TIGHT!!!!
Soaring Eagle is going to keep losing customers if they keep the Slot Machines very tight. Fire Keepers is even worst, Fire Keepers, does not have many customers, because they are extremely tight with the slot machines. Soaring Eagle is gong t have the same destiny of losing customers if they keep the Slot Machines also too Tight!!!

Mask policy
I was very upset that they do NOT enforce the proper way to wear a mask while in the casino. You have to wear one when you enter and they make recorded announcements stating it must be worn over your mouth and nose. So many people wearing it under their nose. In my row of 6 people, 3 had them on under their noses.
