Great find off the beaten path
My husband and I stopped here with our young son on our way to St. Joseph. This is a very informative and clean nature center. The employees were wonderful with our two year old. I can't wait to return in the summer to see the butterfly exhibit.

Beautiful river scene
We had a long summer hike at Sarett Nature Center. It's a nice nature center, so I'm giving it four stars. But, the disappointments included an overgrown trail path (we weren't always sure we were on the path) and poor signage. We just crossed our fingers and hoped we were going in the right direction. The reward at the end was a serene view of the river, shady and cool. It made me feel like time had stood still for 100 years--very beautiful and untouched. Sarett is definitely worth the visit.
