We decided to go wine tasting one afternoon. This was our second, and best, stop. They don’t do wine tasting per se, you choose your wine as part of a wine flight. You get very generous 5 oz pours of each wine. The wines are described on their menu, but our server was very willing to describe them in further detail and answer any questions we had. My husband and I chose different wines so we could share. I liked his choices better than mine, so I was glad he shared. We both agreed on a white wine that was light and refreshing as our favorite (our server told us it was also the wine maker’s favorite) and we are happy we purchased some to bring home. The view is so peaceful and idealic. It was a visit well spent.

    Excellent Petoskey Region winery.
We were the first couple of the day here on our way to Mackinac Island and we were welcomed by very friendly staff who were knowledgable and fun. We shared a flight as we had recently had a large brunch and found we really like almost all of the wines. We ended up purchasing 6 bottles (there was no hard-sell at all) and enjoyed a small percentage off by buying half a case. They had some other interesting items for sale and I also bought a small bunch of dried lavender, which was lovely. Unfortunately, the indoor restrooms were under repair that day but even the outhouse was immaculate. We will definitely return here.
