Nice Clean Beach
There were multiple beaches to choose from in the South Haven area, but my boyfriend and I enjoyed North Beach the most. There is a concessions stand with plenty of food to choose from, as well as bathrooms. There is a play area for kids and tons of space. There is paid parking right on the beach, but if you pay to park at one beach, then it works at the other beaches in the area. We just parked in the neighborhood right by the beach and walked over. The water and sand were both very clean.

Perfect day at North Beach South Haven, Michigan
A BEAUTIFUL "sugar sand" beach with plenty of space to "social distance"! It's a long beach with about 1/2 mile walk from end to end. The parking lot is at most 200 feet from the lake shore. However, the parking lot is not large and parking can be hard to find at prime times. (Parking is $10 per vehicle, paid at machines by the lot. You need to search for them... they are easy to overlook). Overall, this is a beautiful beach with beautiful white soft sand and great access to a beautiful great lake!
