Great tour
We took one of the early tours, and we’re the only ones. Our guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. We got to see the chambers of the Representatives, the Governor’s ceremonial office and the old Supreme Court chamber. The art on all of the walls is well worth the trip.

An Enjoyable Tour
We were given a brief history of Michigan and how Lansing became the capital. The lady who conducted the tour was fabulous! She was able to answer all questions and took us into the House, Senate, and former State Supreme Court rooms. (Masks were not required and only 5 of us in the group of 40 wore them.) Parking is available on the street around the capitol and you must pay with a credit card. Construction is ongoing on one side of the building which will be a visitor's center. It is a beautiful building.
