Great location to learn to paddle board, Mick is a great instructor, easy to understand, flexible and patient. There is an island which makes it a great adventure for kids, mine were super motivated to 'explore' the island. The lake has a sandy bottom making it great to swim, and easy to recover if you fall off the board. If you are interested, which my family was, the lake provides great lessons to be learned about Michigan History and Geology that Mick is happy to share. Paddle boarding makes all lessons super enjoyable. Great resource in a small town setting with great instruction, great setting and great equipment. We would highly recommend and do it again!

Recommended!
We were glad we called... everything was handled well. We weren't all comfortable as most of us were first-timers but Mick advised us perfectly. Beautiful location! We would book again.
