All around disappointing
Inexpensive private lessons $20 per hour that we purchased in March. They one schedule one week in advanced. The judgement call made to keep our daughters private lesson when her instructor was no longer available while was disappointing. As our child became distracted and leaned on the horse the person overseeing was multitasking and not watching. Therefore the horse moved and stepped on our childs foot. Our lesson should have been cancelled when staff is not available. Thankfully the only part of her foot that was hurt is the big toe. We have an appointment with the poditrist upon our return home from vacation. We cancelled our remaining lessons and the owner refused to issue a refund. Plus they became very rude and insulting with our request
