    A Disappointment from previous visits
We've been to Lemon Creek several times since 2012. We've always considered them very favorably as they have historically produced wines - particularly reds - of a high quality. Today we went by and sampled their reserve red flight of five wines. There were five 1.5 oz pours and also came with a souvenir glass. The staff as always were professional and helpful. However, the quality of the wines has decreased and the price for the wines have increased over the last year. We found a Shiraz last year which cost around $25. It now is over $30. None of the five wines we tasted justified the price per bottle which started at $34. I'm not willing to pay that kind of money for a wine that carries the flavor of tart cherries. The wines were light bodied. This is not what we have come to expect from this winery. Essentially we paid $18 for a 7.5 oz. glass of wine and as a bonus we got to keep the glass. The wine was not worth the price. I wonder if in an attempt to meet demand, the winery has become over focused on having product to meet demand and quality has suffered. I wondered this a year ago and this year even more so. I am so disappointed!

    Good wine
Stopped here on our Vino wine tour. Not as nice as other places, but they know their wine. At this place you sit around a table and they bring out a board with 5 samples of a type of wine (red, white, etc.). Bought 2 bottles of wine.
