Great outdoor activity

I took my kiddos here to walk around & they really enjoyed it. The tree carvings were pretty neat, they loved seeing those. We walked the trails and checked out the children’s garden. The children’s area isn’t huge, but it’s full of fun stuff and my kids gave it a big thumbs up. Also, for social distancing right now...there were not many people here and the people that were there were very, very spaced out. Had the children’s area entirely to ourselves also!

    Great Venue for Events!
    What a fabulous place to have an event! We held Pumpkinfest 2021 there in October and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful, the Children's Garden was a great spot to decorate and the Fantasy Forest and main stage were perfect for a pie eating contest and costume judging! Thank you for a great collaboration!

    Beautiful place to spend some time outdoors!!
    We stopped here to walk the trails while visiting Battle Creek for the day. There are paved roads and trails, as well as forest trails (although much of what we saw appeared to be in place for the Disc Golf course within). We enjoyed the great variety of trees, lightly swaying in the breeze!! While we didn't check out some of the more kid-friendly sites (Fantasy Forest, Kaleidoscope Garden), there were plenty of families enjoying themselves. Numerous photo-friendly sites within the park as well as picnic tables. Wish the Arboretum website had a Map link on its homepage (didn't see the map on the Disc Golf page until after our visit) so we could have printed it ahead of our visit.
