Good track but bad polices
As a former driver at other tracks I was impressed with the track maintenance before and during intermission. Really impressed with the caliber of the drivers. Tight and clean sportsman. Saw some awesome competition. Now for the bad. Lack of a family/non-smoking/non-drinking section. Ticket taker laughed at my asking. I moved a couple of times to dodge the tobacco clouds. One person sitting next to me had a weeks supply of beer in a jumbo cooler for the 3 hours or racing. I bailed before the feature so as not to get caught up in the fired up drunks thinking they were the new Petty. Track does have a small oval for 6 to 9 and 10 to 14 year olds to compete with what might be go karts with bodies. Great way to promote the spot.

World of Outlaws
Visited this track to see the World of Outlaws. Best part about this facility is a large grassy area for parking and some people were tailgating prior to the gates opening. The stands face east so there is no sun in your eyes at night races. The concession prices for food was outrageous - $6 for a hot dog (cheapest sandwich on menu board). Not sure what it looked or tasted like. I'm just glad we ate before we got there. Prices for beverages were very reasonable - Water $1.50, Beer $2.00. Different brands of beer had different prices - not sure why - all the way up to $5.00. Bathrooms were not the nicest. One of the worst I've seen at a race track. I would not return to this track for anything else except to see the World of Outlaws Sprint cars.
