Good family fun

I took my boys, ages 12 & 14. They enjoyed the course. A few challenging holes. I wish we had taken my parents. The tee and green did not have a lot of hills and burms, which can be a trip hazard for older people. Most mini-golf courses use the burms for challenge. I liked the flat tee and hidden angles around shrubbery to add challenge. This course also had tunnels and lower level pipes , so that was fun to see which hole the ball would emerge from! The stairs and footbridges were well maintained. The price was reasonable. We arrived late afternoon on Tuesday. It was not crowded. I hope to come again!!

    Best mini golf around
    Great mini golf. Good selection of holes. Very good mountain holes and waterfall. Just north of East Tawas. Can get busy when large groups show up. They also sell fudge and Carmel corn. Adults $7. Kids $5. Little ones free.

    Seen better days
    Nice staff, but It looks like maintenance stopped a couple years ago. No water. Not a stream, not a waterfall, nothing but an algae filled pond. Greens were pilled, wrinkled, and torn. Bricks & rocks loose. There were no score sheets, just a legal pad to tear a sheet off of. The lawn areas were mostly weeds. For something allegedly rated 5th best in Michigan I'd sat the ballot box was stuffed. Looks like it might have been nice a decade ago.
