Yummy baked goods
This is a must stop for us at least once/year for their pumpkin cinnamon & sugar fried donuts and baked goods (the danishes and cookies are tasty!). The cherry salsa is also the best in TC area. We don't buy other market items here since they are a little pricy for me but all look to be good quality. Excellent customer service. COVID compliant (masks required). Closing on October 31 this year.

Fun, Yummy Stop! Pizza Bread!
We were on our way to Traverse City and looking for a cherry stand. We saw this place and stopped, and we are very glad we did! This adorable place has delicious cherries for sale as well as other fruits and vegetables. Inside, they have various gift items and additional farm market items. We bought a little glass jug of farm fresh chocolate milk. It was $2.50 but if you give the jug back, you get $2.00 back. (We kept it as a souvenir, but $0.50 for some yummy chocolate milk is a deal!!) One of the first things you will notice when you walk in is the heavenly smell of the freshly baking pizza bread! You must get a loaf! It was soooooo delicious!! We sat outside at the picnic table and ate it! We also bought some cookies from the bakery counter and they were very soft and tasty. Out back, there is a big red barn and a few animals to see - baby pigs, baby sheep, and random chickens running around. There is also a windmill and a sandbox in a tractor tire with sand toys. And there is a wooden model of a barn with little plastic animals that the kids enjoyed playing with. We loved this place and would recommend it to anyone traveling along this road!!

Charming stop for the whole family
Visiting family in Bay City, Michigan and today they took me on a day trip to this area and after doing research I asked to make Gallaghers one of our stops based on the reviews here as I wanted to get the local TC cherries to take back to Florida. It was a perfect place for me to buy my cherries and some preserves and we all enjoyed browsing in the market. We were all adults but we did check out the farm area and kids would love that. I highly recommend!
