I have been going to this studio for a few years now, and enjoy going on a regular basis. Love the variety of classes and instructors.

Yoga for the traveler
This is a small studio that offers a variety of yoga classes. Most of the clients are people like me who pop in when they have time for a class. If I were traveling in metro Detroit, this would be a great option to pick up a class and stay connected with yoga workouts. Great parking and it's in a strip mall with a wonderful restaurant next door, a dry cleaners and a craft shop. Take care of a lot of errands in one stop.

Great yoga studio for all levels
Love this yoga studio! Instructors are great and allow you to go at your own pace or push yourself to the limit. Regardless of your experience or fitness level, this studio is for you.
