Very clean & great pool
Two golf courses on site: Spruce is the 18 hole championship course; Norway is the 9 hole course. Seasonal rates and specials. Beverage cart, Snack Shack, driving range, and practice greens, as well as two full service restaurants and 117 hotel rooms at the resort.

Affordable with all amenities
We stopped here on our way to Sleeping Bear Dunes, so did not come to golf at all. However, the room was huge (2 queens + sofabed) and the indoor pool was a hit with the kids. We ate at the attached restaurant and found the food to be a step up from traditional pub fare (good burgers!). We heard from other guests that you can typically get a package where you have 4 people share a room for a night + 2 full rounds of golf each for about $80/person. We didn't do that, but thought others would like to know they should look for that deal.

Snowmobilers' Paradise
The parking lot was full of snowmobiles and trailers--looks like this is the place to stay and play if you're into that. We stayed for a night, and while we didn't play on the trails on the golf course, I wish we could have. Our room was simple, decent bed, clean and fairly quiet. Nothing special room-wise. No complaints. We heard the breakfast wasn't very good, so we ventured into town instead.
