Outstanding new location
New location in Reo Town area of Lansing at 1314 S Washington Ave. Went on Saturday night for their soft opening. For a soft opening staff was well trained and took orders immediate. Appetizer were great. Onion rings handmade on site and fried pickles. Both were very good. Pizza variety great. We tried three different ones and all were perfectly cooked. Had their desert beer very good. Raspberry chocolate stout flavor. Will go again.

It was a fun evening
It took a bit to find the building, given that it is tucked in a warehouse area away from the street. but inside, it was festive and fun. The beers were fine. I tend to like strong styles of beer, and the tasters that I had didn't seem to include a phenomenal example of any such beer. But they were quite drinkable, so I am not complaining. And I asked for a taste of the rye whiskey and went home with a bottle of that. The whiskey tasted like a spiced whiskey to me, although they say it is just the rye.

Good Beer, unique place
Went to this place a couple of weeks ago. It's about time East Lansing had a brewery worth talking about (Harper's doesn't count). A bit off the beaten path, but I'm glad I tried this place. Good selection of beers, there wasn't anything I didn't like (though I liked their stouts the best). In a warehouse that has been nicely renovated. Good prices too! I will go back!
