Great park to visit!
This is a great park to visit! This is a great park for families, couples, friends, etc. The water view is beautiful. The walking trails are nice. This is perfect for working out. It is a pretty big park, but you will eventually find your way around everything. Parking is also free here.

Beautiful park
Great place to go for a walk, jog, antique auto show, or jazz concert. My first date with the woman that I married was at this park. In the 1920's, my family used to trek out from Detroit (took about 2 hrs then) to picnic in this park.

Motown baby!
My sister and i went in aug for the motown review and had a ball! There was the Undisputed Truth, the Miracles and Martha Reeves. The atmosphere was friendly no drama everyone was enjoying themselves. They sold food also. I will definitely go back next year. They also had a jazz fest, but i didnt go to that. You have to bring your own chairs.
