Great fun

Loved the choices of kayak, canoe, rafts , tubes, etc. it's a great set up and the Muskegon River is beautiful. We have been going here for years.

Beautiful setting
Phil Duggan the owner was very accommodating, the store was very nice and the campground had Full hook up. The canoe livery was only 300 feet from the camp ground so we could walk to the river without worrying about parking are car. Very nice setting we enjoyed our stay. C & J

*Scammers Beware*
Absolutely a nightmare. First of all, the price for tubing down there River is outrageous. About $40 per person. Also if you damage or lose their tube you have to pay for it $35. I examined my tube once I received it and it was all patched up. They were not mindful to Covid and stuffed us in a small van with two other FAMILIES to go to the launch site. When we arrived at the launch site the driver said he couldn’t walk with us down to the river so he pointed and said about 300 km that way. Our group and the other groups followed his instructions and could not find a safe way down the hill to the river without scooting on our bottoms. The river was very mucky and filled with sticks. It seemed to us and the other groups that this was a scam to pay for deflated tubes and for us to get lost to lose our $80 deposit. Once going down the river it wasn’t so bad but parts were too shallow to float and had to stand up to walk which was not what we were looking for. Overall very disappointing and wanted to share so nobody feels as scammed as we did.
