Del Sol is hidden within the Mackinaw Crossings (which is an olde time outdoor, but beautifully renovated mall. It has playgrounds, a laser show stage, Karaoke, bands, restaurants, and a visitor favorite: The Del Sol Color-Change store! (Located North of Starbucks, located near the laser show stage. Del Sol sponsors an inflated dinosaur to entertain the little ones, and plinko to be played! Del Sol is one of the few stores in the city to contain unique items, that are guaranteed for like. Everything CHANGES COLORS! Nail polish, Men's hats, Sun dresses, shirts, frisbees, toys, and much more! It also contains an organic section of homemade soaps and other fun items to browse! It features color-changing sunglasses and that are amazing for fishing hunting, and driving and OFFER A LIFETIME GUARANTEE even on the shades! Including: theft, damage, and lost sunglasses! Amazing
Their shirts actually change color in the sun! We brought gifts to everyone and they all loved them. Shopping there was a great experience, really good customer service and trying all the color changing made it very fun. Even the nail polish changed colors!

Worth checking out
Although I'm a huge fan of Mackinac Island, the city of Mackinac has it's treasures too. I was actually pretty impressed with Mackinac Crossings. My boyfriend and I stumbled across some worthy shops for clothing, wine tasting, and homemade potato chips. It's easy to get around the outdoor mall too. Del Sol was worth a stop too. It's kinda neat to see color changing although my boyfriend couldn't find a shirt in his size.
