beware, 3770 Lake is wrong address
Took us 15-minute searching effort to find the place. 3770 Lake is just a horticulture greenhouse with no road access to the college campus. Once we entered the college a mile away, there is no sign to lead us to the ecosystem preserve. Finally asked direction from a student and it is on the other side of Beltline Road, via underpath. The exact street is East Campus Drive. The building is closed on Sunday's. No butterflies in the butterfly garden. Nevertheless, the trails in woodlands are well maintained and cool walk during this hot morning. Saw lots of chipmunks, a garden snake, lots of birds, and heard woodpecker and bullfrog callings.

nice walk with the kiddos
Fun place to explore nature, not far from the city. The interpretive center is a great starting point. We haven't been very successful finding animals here (i.e. frogs/turtles/snakes) but the kids still have fun looking. Trails are just the right distance for my 3 and 5 year old.
