We arrive around 5:30pm on a Saturday and the bar was packed . We decided the best place to order was at the bar. We got the drinks pretty quick but we had to be a bit aggressive. We ordered the coconut shrimp but they forgot so we ordered the again, 30 minutes later we asked what happened to our order and he handed me shrimp and an order of fries, so we got free fries and someone else ordered again. the bummer was the food was cold but so was the beer all good. great view on a sunny summer day. After we went out to dinner we returned for the live music and danced and drank and had a great time. The couple called Ernest Entertainment have some talent. I think they play there regularly.

Ok
Food is good and the location is great. It is directly on the water. Drinks are “OK” at best, but watered down from “warm” ice. You are better off getting a bottled drink. Definitely some fundamental service issues here. Staff needs training on how to handle guests and what to say to customers. I’ve had staff say some odd things that made my head tilt. No host stand or anyone to acknowledge you are here, tell you where to sit, bring you menus without asking, or direct you where to get a drink. So fend for yourself. Find a table or stand anywhere by the bar and hope they make eye contact with you. I have a big problem with that. I don’t mind waiting but at least acknowledge you see me. You will probably need to speak up to get service. This is the only beachside bar around here and could be so great with some fundamental training. The live entertainment is always good here as well.

Went for lunch
We walked over to get some lunch. Place was packed, but we managed to pull 3 tables together. Why doesn’t every table that isn’t under some type of roof have an umbrella option? Why not set up a small beer only stand away from the bar to sell more buckets of beer and to reduce congestion for the wait staff who have to keep running through a crowd under the main roof and to serve your customers quicker? It takes 20 minutes to get a bucket of beer. Place has potential but is very mismanaged. Sorry manager. Employees did a great job with the very limited tools they have been provided. Don’t have any expectations. You are paying to sit on a deck and look at the water. When you get half way done with the first bucket, order another one. It will arrive right on time.
