Gorgeous View Especially In Fall
We had a gorgeous fall drive up the peninsula and came across this beautiful park. Definitely worth stopping by and taking in the view of Grand Traverse Bay. No dogs allowed on the beach. $25 fine. It had pretty trails and a play area for the children. Looks like the campground was very nice as well. Decent sized campsites.

Great Quiet Beach!
We stopped here on vacation on the advice of someone local. This was a small park with a campground and playground area. We came for the beach and the view was great! We loved the quiet. Only one other couple on the beach. There is sand but also many pretty rocks for skipping or collecting. The shore was a little rocky so I would recommend water shoes if you want to swim and have tender feet.

Great campsite
Very nice campsite and overall campground but their first come, first serve operation is difficult for RVERS since if you arrive and there's no space, you have driven a LONG way. Clean restrooms, $31 for electric is fair. Campground is right on Lake Michigan and there is a beach.
