    Disappointing
I don't usually review attractions in my own backyard (why I don't know), but this place was so disappointing I felt compelled to warn others about it. As other reviewers have observed, displays consist of numerous sign boards requiring a lot of reading. But vehicles are few; all the best ones (Kennedy's limo, the Rosa Parks bus, etc.) are down the road at the Henry Ford (which IS worth the price of admission). Why this museum was designed in such a fashion I don't know, but to call it an automotive hall of fame seems a bit overblown to this History graduate.

    If you're into cars...
As you walk in the door of this hall of fame (This is not a museum.), the greeters at the front desk warn you that it has nothing to do with the Henry Ford Museum or Greenfield Village even though they basically share a parking lot. It's almost as if they are trying to turn you away, but I guess it's understandable given the contents. There is a film to watch before you do anything that is pretty interesting and the rest is mostly pictures of people 99.9% men who revolutionized the car world or had anything to do with an engine. We actually enjoyed it very much, but you have to like to read.
