Large Comfy Seating

I was visiting family and decided to go to the cinema to get away from the stiffling heat & humidity outside. Cinema itself was great and really cheap for a matinee showing - $11 for me and my nephew. Our screening - screen 5 - only had a 40 person capacity but didn't feel small and had a good sized screen. They have full recliner seats with large cup holders - very comfy. Temparature wise it was also really comfortable. Clean bathrooms and decent food/drink on offer.

    Clean, comfortable and good ambiance
    I have been visited AMC many a time and always find it as a good place to watch movie. It is well with in the budget. It has nice comfortable seats, neat and clean environment, supportive & friendly staff and very good ambiance. I love going there again and again. I recommend you to visit there for sure.

    Declining Standards
    The movie complex is usually clean and comfortable. Ticket sellers / takers were usually friendly and helpful. The seating was usually clean and comfortable. This most recent visit is showing signs that “the usual” that was positive, appears to be changing towards the negative. The ticket sellers / takers are not customer focused or friendly, and haven’t a clue (or even care to) on how to assist a customer when asked a question. The men’s bathroom was backing up and no one seemed to care or wanted to address the problem when informed. Overall, the movie theater floor was clean, there is little to no attention being given to seats having spilled crumbs, popcorn etc. in them and armrests. Attention to detail appears to be lacking.
