Great selection, deep knowledge and fair prices.
I am recently returned from Tanzania where they have an excellent gallery that has pan-African art. Amazwi has a vast collection of things that are of similar or better quality than what I saw in Tanzania, but the prices are considerably better. It is wonderful to see an owner who is committed to helping people learn about global cultures, supporting local artists, and who doesn't fleece everyone in the process. They have amazing stuff there. Highly recommend!

You Don’t Want to Miss This!!
What an amazing gallery! I loved the vast diversity of mediums- beautiful and unique paintings to Christmas tree ornaments and everything in between. We brought home some new pieces for our house and several pieces that we will be gifting. Chris was super knowledgable and friendly. He took great care that we would make it home with everything intact. We spent a lot of time in here because there was so much to see!

Best gallery in Saugatuck
My favorite gallery, by far, in Saugatuck. Wonderful selection of African art in different mediums from a variety of countries in sub-Saharan Africa. I seriously could have spent a couple paychecks here.
