If You Need to Pick Only One, Kamaole Beach 3 is the One.
We visited all three Kamaole Beaches since they were all within walking distance of our condo. We like this one best. The life guard should get an award for making a serious job also fun and humorous. I suggest going earlier in the day. Sometimes by noon the trade winds can pick up and make the sand blow. There is a nice grassy area too to enjoy the sunset and a walking trail if you want an easy hike. For those with fair complexion, I recommend bringing an umbrella if you can.

Nice beach, Shane about the wind
We went to this beach park on a Sunday so it was quite busy, but we were able to find space away from people. There were a lot of families with young children. There is a large free car park, a play park and lifeguards on the beach. The sand is lovely and there are some large rocks as well so you need to be careful. The waves were really strong and it was very windy so we didn’t go in the water but there were plenty of people enjoying it. It was also high tide so it was fairly narrow at that point, so we didn’t go at the best time but it still a lovely beach.
