Casa museo comandante Carlos fonseca, Matagalpa Department, Nicaragua

Essential history of this feisty little country

Well worth a visit, allow an hour Well laid out, English and Spanish display legends, lots of photos Really informative exhibition based in a tiny house with the usual leafy courtyard, on a corner up some stairs. Carlos Fonseca was a great revolutionary resisting yet another imperialist interference in a Latin American country - his people are rightly proud of him I wonder what he would think of how his friend Ortega is operating now in his third term? He seems to be on his way to where most leaders end up when power goes to their heads.... Whatever your political views, go and see this exhibition!

    so much history
I liked the fact that the history was written in English as well as Spanish. I learned so much and recommend it to everyone interested in the history of the area.
