A perfect sanctuary!
Relaxing and peaceful place. Yoga classes, massage, Infrared Sauna and Sound Treatments! They have Aqua massage machines also that massage you with warm water! Beautiful yoga studio. They also have Hula Hoop and Tai Chi Classes. Amazing.

Super Relaxing Water Massage
My wife and I visited Jeff and Barbara’s new Younity yoga and wellness business on Saturday and were impressed with the ambiance and tranquility their space – a wonderfully decorated penthouse suite overlooking downtown Milford. It was a great place to leave the hectic world behind to enjoy some quality down-time. They have many options to unwind, but I decided to try one of their new water massage units. I was fully clothed, ensconced in a membrane then a traveling wand of pulsating invigorating water traveled up and down my back from head to toe! Twenty minutes later I awoke to a refreshing world. Great experience!!
