I have been going to The Woods of Westminster for years and I have always had a WONDERFUL experience! I saw someone had written a poor review so I just had to respond. Dan, Paul, Shavon, Doris, Ed, and the crew are all very friendly and professional. They have always treated me very kindly. It is a family run business where the owners know most of the players by name. The cost for 18 holes with a cart AND lunch can't be beat. The golf course is nestled in the woods in a beautiful location. The course is challenging and fun.

Excellent and Challenging Course
The Woods is an excellent course that is fairly challenging. The owners work at the course and are very nice people. They are always engaged with the membership. The course can be tight and may require a few times to play to fully understand its layout and challenges. Club selection and a knowledge of your distances will be very helpful. There are not a lot of sand traps or water but you will need to hit it straight on most holes. The course is well manicured and the greens are fast and in excellent condition. It is very hilly in spots and will be challenging to walk, but it can be done. The course is nicely designed in a hilly wooded area, There is game all over the place and you can enjoy nature as well as play golf. i highly recommend this course.

Great deal..Great people
I gave it a 4 because its nice but not great. Dan and his dad make up for it. Two of the nicest people in the golf business. The food is great. Lunch alone would cost $15 at any restaurant.
