Best Cheese Store in the Northeast USA
Remarkable cheese shop. One of the best selections of cheese in the Northeast USA. Indeed, the best shop I have been to in my life, including a fabulous store I used to frequent in the two years I worked on the Upper East Side of New York City. This is a family business, and the Wasik family are, in addition to having phenomenal knowledge about cheese, the most pleasant people whom I have ever met. The personal service is truly old world. They have a limited number of wines with which they will help you pair the cheese. Their selection is outstanding although this tends to be high end wine and pricey. The are very knowledgeable about the pairing, Do not hesitate to ask for help. In summary, if you love cheese, it is worth the trip from Boston to Wellesley. There is not much else to do in Wellesley except to see the college (which is currently closed due to COVID-19) but you could buy yourself a wonderful lunch to take to the beach!

Great Cheese Shop
We've been Wasik's fans for decades. The selection is awesome and the staff is even better. We have friends who are French and say Wasik's matches any cheese shop in Paris. That's high praise. With the recent addition of a selection of wines and beers, this becomes a one stop location for parties. Enjoy!

Excellent cheese shop- could be in France
The Cheese Shop is an excellent cheese and specialty foods and wine shop. Great service- you try a sample of each cheese before you purchase, and when busy at holiday time,you stand in line and enjoy wine tasting while you wait. Could be in France except they speak English of course. Small selection of better wines is really outstanding. Selection of cheeses is superb.
