    Kids love this place
Took my grandkids to this place during Christmas vacation. Arrived at opening, which is the best, since lines get long quickly as people flock in. Place is clean, well organized, and well lit. Cool temperature maintianed for active kids, so spectators(who visit free) should wear sweaters or coats to be comfortable. Focus is on trampoline stuff, but have dodge ball, zip line, wall climbing, balance beam fighting, baskeball, and arcade games. Staff seemed to be adequately trained and safety conscious. I did observe many young children wandering around with out parents close by and no one was checking people leaving to be sure that kids left with their parent, and not being abducted.

    Mean and unprofessional staff
I recommended it to husband for my child first celebrated birthday. The park itself was as advertised but the staff there destroyed the whole experience. I tried the sky ride and was touched inappropriately by the curly hair dude who kept yelling at the kids from behind instead of sending his helper (Daniel) who was standing there and did nothing and refused to strap me up. Then this guy came back pretended to make sure I was properly harnessed by placing his hands onto the middle of both of my breast to see if I will get mad and yell out. I didn’t want to let them destroy my child birthday. So I kept quiet. This Daniella then still strapped me incorrectly as I tried again.. I am just an Asian woman, who cares. Harassment don’t count. My child’s party was way overpriced it was like hell even you got the ultimate package. There’s no HDTV , the host is worst then your waitress who could care less what you need. They are so spoiled with the expected tip, kid may have some fun but it’s better just pay for the pass instead of heir birthday package - find a restaurant outside after the play, you get better service there. Very angry mom who was ignored and disrespected.
