Good trail

A pretty good urban bike trail. It doesn't have too many street crossings. Paved and wide the whole way.

great wooded paved trail
This paved path goes along the course of the Charles river head waters, and an old granite transport rail way, with some informational signs along the way. Where it crosses the very busy route 85, there is an automatic crossing light. There is a parking lot at one end and about two mile trail that passes a couple nice ponds and ends up in downtown Milford.

Pleasant Ride
Very nice, paved bike path. Popular enough that you don't feel alone, but far enough from Boston that it is not crowded. I went early on a 90 degree day and was afraid it might be too warm, but the path is well-shaded in most parts.
