A Gem of a place!
What a great find! We went with our two boys ages 7 and 5. They had a great time. We did the panning for rubies and emeralds as well as the digging for gemstones. The cave part of the attraction was closed due to cover. They also have a short walk through the back yard with several dinosaur statues and sounds. The two women working were very friendly and informative. Our boys left with 2 zip lock bags full of gems and had so much fun. great 1.5 hour experience. Spent $79 for 2 kids doing the activities as well as purchase of 2 geodes to crack at home. Definitely recommend.

Cute pit stop!
Cute little rock and fossil shop. A collector may be a little disappointed by the quality of the materials available for purchase (particularly the vertebrate fossil replicas), but the outdoor dinosaur memorabilia is delightfully campy. We spend a delightful 30 minutes there. Staff is extremely friendly.
