Reopened From Fire, Good Ribs And Wings!

The Boneyard has recently reopened, so we went to check it out. Inside is about the same, a little more modern, and a little cleaner, Some new lower booths have been added. The foods about the same, up a buck or 2 an item. The ribs and wings were very good, about as good as they get. The service? We went about 3:30 on a Tues, and the bartender was our server. She did a pretty good job, and was friendlier than the former servers typically had been. But as time passed, it got busier. There were maybe 10-12 people at the bar, a few people waiting to take out, and maybe 4 tables with diners. And...she was answering the phone, too. Kid of a lot for one person to do alone. Only one complaint, I noticed the rear kitchen door was wide open with no screen door. I said to my GF "That's crazy, there's nothing to stop the flies from coming in". Sure enough, a fly came to our table to watch us eat. Anyways...it's recommended, but don't expect stellar service.

Only Go For the Wings!
This is not the place for everyone. It has the biker bar vibe. I have heard lots of people say negative things about the food - but never the wings. I have never been disappointed by the wings - they are some of the best around and cheap. Trust me - get the wings. Not fine dining, not for grandma, great for a friends meet up!

Good Food / Understaffed
We’ve been to BB&S 3 times. The food is always pretty good. I ordered wings and salad and others in my group ordered pulled pork and chicken which were all good. Main issue is service is slow. They just don’t seem to have enough people to cover and it takes a long time even when they are not that busy.
