Great Biking Trail

This trail is located about 0.3 miles from the Bedford depot. The trail is hard packed and other than a couple muddy and sandy spots is a fairly smooth ride. Along the way there are some sites of historical interest that are worth a stop. The Great Meadow Wildlife Refuge is also along the trail, and although bikes are not allowed on those trails, it is a beautiful spot to get off the bikes and explore. There are enough trails in this location that you could spend from an hour to a whole day riding.
