We stopped into PJ's Town Crier to grab a drink and watch playoff hockey. Turns out the bar didn't even have NBC Sports Channel. What the bar does have is: a very strong cigarette odor, a bar tender who cannot do math, lots of guns hanging on the wall and a limited selection of hard liquor. I ordered a vodka soda. I didn't even bother to ask for a lemon, because I was scared that if they did have a lemon, it would have been very old. The bar tender filled a beer mug halfway with smirnoff (top shelf here!), then struggled with the soda gun, but managed to add about another 1/4 of soda water. Then he added ice. I was scared to drink the result, fearing it would be way too strong. However, it was pretty weak and I never felt a thing even though I am a light weight. I strongly suspect the vodka was watered down.
