Delightful afternoon

I can’t begin to say how lovely our tour was. Deb took us to places we would have never gone too. She was a wealth of knowledge, whether about farming in the area, history or the building we were going into or the proprietor of the shops we visited. It was enlightening and delicious. We are local to western Mass so Northampton isn’t a place we had never been. We were all three delighted and recommend this culinary walking tour (or any Deborah might do) to anyone looking for a nice afternoon trying new places!! I gave this as a gift to my two friends and we made some great memories! Looking forward to whatever Deborah organizes next.

    Thoroughly enjoyable experience
Deborah is a fantastic guide to the food and history of the Connecticut River Valley. She is a warm and welcoming host who is also very knowledgeable about food, cooking, and culture. Even though I have lived in the area for more than two decades, I learned so much about the restaurants, shops, and products this area has to offer. I will definitely be visiting many of the places we spoke about and stopped at. I highly recommend this to both locals and visitors - it would be a great introduction to the area for new arrivals!

Great way to appreciate food and history in the Pioneer Valley
Deborah helped to organize a private walking food tour of Springfield for myself and my partner. Though the day was hot, we persevered and (having not spent much time in Springfield before) often found ourselves saying "We have to come back here!" Whether you are a foodie, a fan of the Pioneer Valley, or just looking to get to know the area better, I would highly recommend a tour with Deborah. Her excitement and appreciation of the community is evident (and infectious). We appreciated her flexibility to research not only the restaurants, but also the surrounding architecture and history of other landmarks, of an area that she has not previously based a tour out of. We would highly recommend a tour with Deborah and will probably join her again for a tour in the future!
