who needs uber when you have north shore shuttle
we have been using north shore shuttle for years. Making a reservation is easy and they always follow up prior to using them. Their drivers are reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. e will continue to "be driven" by north shore shuttle.

Too big to succeed
I've use this service to go to the airport and South Station for almost 2 decades. Recently we booked a pick up for a 9:00 a.m. flight on a Thursday morning. They offered a 6:40 shared van pick up which we accepted. A bit early, but we were willing to go with it. At 7:00 p.m. the night before our flight we were contacted that the pick up time had been changed to 6:10. Obviously the change is not for the benefit of the customer, but only for the convenience of North Shore. We declined the offer of a 6:10 a.m. pick up which would have gotten us to the aiport at 6:50 a.m. for a 9:00 a.m. domestic flight. This business has had too much success to continue to succeed. I suggest Uber!

Do NOT use
They did not turn up to pick me up from airport. Then texted telling me to get a taxi and they would reimburse. They never did and looks like several people have had same experience. New owners are dishonest. BEWARE
