Stop here first when visiting the historical park

Make this Visitors’ Center your first stop before going to the sites in the Minute Man National Historical Park. The displays and movie provide a great introduction. Yes, you should definitely watch the film. It is informative and entertaining (actually much better than many other films we’ve seen at visitor centers). Wear walking shoes because if it is a nice day you will want to walk the trails. Sadly, it was pouring rain on the day we visited, but we still had a great time and learned a lot.

    A great place to start
The overview movie is what makes this site worth a visit. "Told" through a man who was there on that April day, it gives a great look at the events leading up to what happened. There's also a gift shop and an NPS stamping station as well as bathrooms.

    worth a stop
Very nice building although not a lot to see or do and you won't spend much time here other than the film. The film is well done and will give you some good history info before you visit the park itself. Other than the film there are some artifacts as well as information displays and a small gift shop.
