Yoga on the beach
Let the sun rise over your body as you preform yoga on the sand at low tide. We attended the nude yoga session that is held once a month every 1st Sunday. I was scared at first, but its so early in the morning, that the nude section of the beach is empty.

Self Care
Perfect place to take walks enjoying the view, the sound of the waves, the smell of the ocean, the seagulls looking for food.... It makes me get disconnected temporarily from the hate, violence etc. we are living these days. This place is literally my back yard!!.
