My teacher goes here for a retreat and a challenge every year. When she comes back she is always rejuvenated and has new lessons to teach us.

Rest and Relaxation weekend! R&R ....Ahhhhh
No matter how many times I visit Kripalu, I am amazed by the feelings of joy, peace and renewal I feel! I’ve come to realize that the best place for me to stay is the Annex, the newer, green building. I also know that I will continue to return again and again! The setting, the cleanliness, the yoga, the workshops the FOOD(OMG) and best of all the peace. I personally BELIEVE it’s MAGICAL! If anyone wants a Christmas gift for a special person, consider Kripalu. You can also pay a nominal fee and spend an entire day. Any time spent at Kripalu is a gift. And it’s the season for giving... even if it’s to oneself! Namaste
