Worth the trip
Juniper Hill Golf Course is a family owned and operated public daily fee golf location. The original course, Riverside, opened 9 holes in 1931, the second 9 in 1953. The course is open with plenty of wildlife as the holes follow along the Assabet River. The Lakeside course, described as Carolina style 18 holes opened in 1990. Lakeside is named as many holes border Lake Chauncy.

Good Course for 15+ Handicap Players....forgiving course. Lakeside more challenging than Riverside.
Two 18 hole golf courses makes this a very accessible course to play in the spring and summer even with short notice. Be aware that during the peak months typically charity events are played on Mondays. Recommend calling in advance to set up tee times. Finally hole number 9 on Riverside does not drain well so in the event there has been consecutive days of rain, typically you will be gold cart on paths only as well as tee box can be moved way up to avoid flood areas.

Good courses, greens not in great shape.
Have played here for many years and it's getting worse. The greens are in horrible shape, as well as several tee boxes. The layouts are challenging but the fairways wide enough for most people. Lots of outings on Fridays during the summer.
