Great Workout
If you want to get your "burn on" ILKB is the place to go. Awesome workout, clean environment, welcoming staff..fun, fun, fun. I thought I would not fit as I am a bit "older" but fear not...this place ROCKS! I am looking forward to getting back into shape while having fun.

Best choice ever
I loved this gym. Not only is the workout tough but it’s so much fun to do - learning the combinations and doing them is such a good time. Great stress reliever too!
