Rehearsal Dinner
We needed a place to host a rehearsal dinner and we chose Holiday Lanes. We discussed the evening with Debbie and Joe (the owners). They accommodated us in every way. We rented out the lanes for our party. We brought in our caterer. Debbie decorated with balloons and lights, set up the tables with table cloths and chairs. We had an open bar and the bartenders were great. They put colored pins on each lane and we gave out lottery scratchers to those people getting strikes. We thought it was fantastic and more importantly our guests mingled with each other and had a ball. We can't say enough good things about this experience.

I like Holiday Lanes in Westpoprt, MA
I've bowled there in a senior league for a few years now and really enjoy it. Joe, the owner, has been very good to us. He's like a one armed paperhanger....always busy, sometimes in his office, sometimes getting a wayward pin out of the wrong place it landed, sometimes accepting a delivery for the snack bar. but if we give a yell he pops up like a meercat to see what we need. 8)

Unwelcome
We have been here twice. The first time was ok we were helped by a woman who really seemed like she didn't want to be bothered and customer service was not her thing but whatever we paid we bowled it was good. We came back here for my fiancés birthday and walked up to the desk where there was no one there to help us, there was a woman working at the snack stand who looked at us but said nothing. after a few employees walking by and saying nothing to us or not helping us we walked out and brought our business elsewhere. Overall feeling every time we have been here is just unwelcome like you're a burden, so we give our money to those who want it :-)
