Beautiful and very historical cemetery

While in town, went to visit this cemetery where my 10th Great Grandfather is buried. RIP Great Grandfather Henry Adams. Lovely tombstones. Just wished that it was not so snowy and cold so that we could have enjoyed it more. Very interesting burial "mounds" along sides of this cemetery. Worth a visit.

    A nice stroll
My son is having cancer treatment daily in Weymouth so during infusion times I made a list of sites I wanted to see south of Boston. The place was immaculate on a beautiful sunny day and I had a nice walk through the graveyard. I was disappointed that the church and National Parks visitor center are closed due to Covid but I didn't need the church to give thanks to these 2 men to which we owe so much.

Make sure you have a map!
Lovely cemetery holding some very historic graves of early New England residents, including Quincy, Adams and Hancock graves. Get a map of the graves from the church across the road and you'll know where to find everyone.
