Featured in "This old house" magazine and T.V. Show. A series that has won about 17 Emmy Awards and is been feature on 82 nominations. The neighborhood came out 6 in the best Best Old House Neighborhoods. Theodor Seuss Geisel (Dr. Seuss) lived here. The houses are beautiful and well kept you could drive by if your are in the area. The best houses are between Riverview terrace and Washington blvd. Don't forget the ones on Longhill st.

Former home of Olympic medalist (Tennis) "Tim Mayotte" who ranked #7 in the world.
Tim Mayotte trained at the Tennis courts of Forest Park. Mayotte won 12 singles titles and 1 doubles title. He also won an Olympic Medal at the summer Olympics in Seoul. He went on to become a couch with USTA. There is a lot of history in these home and as you can see I am a history buff. The homes are well maintain and some are being sold so there is opportunity to own one if you are interested. I recommend visiting if you are into architecture. They do offer tours and they also have a page in FB.
