It was quite the spectacle

Perfect place to go sight seeing. It's like a normal pair of glasses, but on a much larger scale. I'd give it a 20/20.

Exactly as the title suggests.
I was driving back to Boston from Hartford and was eager to take in a classic road-side attraction on the way. These 20ft glasses were just a short drive from the main highway and perfectly fulfilled my interest in seeing something in the category of "Oversized Object." I also enjoyed reading the accompanying plaque about the area's involvement in the history of the optical laser.

Who knew?
Southbridge - an eyeglass capital. The nearby factory, now convention center, is where many, many pairs of eyeglasses were made. A nice tribute to all those who worked in the industry.
