Beautiful quiet beach for walking
My husband and I had time to kill before checking into our hotel so we drove the 20 minutes here. We stayed for over 2 hours! Wonderful walk through a wooded area to the beachfront. We then looked at all the pretty and unique rocks the beach had to offer. At one point we happily say a couple of common terns as well as a lone female eider. Beautiful beach with the most amazing shades of water.

very secluded....lot of seals at low tide
This beautiful beach was destroyed by the winter storms of 2018. Most of the beach is private. After a short walk from the parking lot, you walk down a fairly steep path to arrive at the ocean. Some houses are ready to topple off the cliffs where they sit. The beach is all rocks and difficult to walk, although the day we were there, there was heavy equipment moving rocks around. Its definitely worth a visit for the wild life factor.

Small park with nice views
Parking is a bit of a walk to the beach. The views are nice. The beach is rocky. There were seals in the water. The observation platform is hard to find because it looks like you have to go into private property. Go up to the Private-Keep Out Sign, but then take a right down the path to the platform.
