Garden-to-Table Dinner
We participated in Abby's first Garden-to-Table dinner. Food, wine and ambiance were excellent. Richard and Abby were welcoming, attentive hosts. We wish Abby every success with this new venture, and would be happy to return to enjoy more of Abby's creative cuisine.

Culinary Adventure to Italy - Oct 2016
I was lucky enough to be the first guest on Abby's culinary adventure to Italy in October 2016. This adventure was truly the trip of a lifetime. Abby created a perfectly detailed itinerary that allowed us to see everything that the Umbria region and Rome had to offer. The cooking classes with Lorena, Letizia and Daniela were nothing short of amazing. Their education and guidance in the kitchen influenced my newfound love for food, wine and olive oil! I have a new appreciation for authentic, organic ingredients and continue to seek this out now that I am home. Every day was a new adventure, vineyard and history lesson through the region of Umbria and continued to our last stop in Rome. From the walled cities to the panoramic views in San Gemini, Assisi, Deruta, Todi, Spoleto, and Orvieto, to the pottery, linens and hand-made Italian goods, vineyard after vineyard after vineyard, all the way to the ruins in the historic city of Roma, I'm still awe-struck. Abby's profound love for Italy (and good food and wine!) showed, as she put her whole heart and soul into this adventure. I learned (and ate) more than I could have ever imagined on this trip. I left a piece of my heart in Italy and would jump on the next opportunity to join Abby on her next culinary adventure there. I would highly encourage you to drop everything and go, you will not be disappointed! Arrivederci...for now!
